More statistics| jhawker21 Kansas City, MO I'm 30 years old trying to undo 10+ years of poor diet and a lack of exercise. I made a personal commitment to get my weight under control through diet and exercise so on March 1st 2010 weighing 256lbs, I set a goal to weight 225 lbs. I hit my goal in less than 8 weeks and now weigh under 220 lbs. I'm shooting for under 200 lbs so we'll see.
