I'm 30 years old trying to undo 10+ years of poor diet and a lack of exercise. I made a personal commitment to get my weight under control through diet and exercise so on March 1st 2010 weighing 256lbs, I set a goal to weight 225 lbs. I hit my goal in less than 8 weeks and now weigh under 220 lbs. I'm shooting for under 200 lbs so we'll see. I'm currently in week 2 of P90X

Looking back, I was at my worst in January 2008 when I weighed 274.5lbs. On March 1st, 2010 with the help of my wife and best friend, I decided to get serious about getting in shape. I weighed 256 lbs mainly due to altering my diet slightly and finding ways to be more active, yet still very unhappy about my weight and how I looked physically. From March 1st to May 30th I did 6 weeks of P90X and ran consistently 15-20 miles to focus on weight loss. I'm currently under 220 lbs and working towards
