More statistics| jheinecke Laguna Hills, CA I'm going into Year 2 of my Beachbody workouts. Currently in P90X2-Asylum Hybrid Phase 3. I'm very happy with the overall improvements to my fitness levels since I started these programs. I've gone from being a somewhat sedentary guy to a guy who can jump around with the kids, join in a pickup game of football or go on a 5 mile run on a whim!
