I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2009 where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology- Exercise Science. During my time at UK I volunteered as a YMCA youth soccer coach and a Physical Therapy Technician. Whether working with children or adults I am passionate about helping others meet their health and wellness goals while finding happiness and joy in their daily lives. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and strongly believe in life-long education.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, playing basketball, running and attending wellness workshops.

Having been and athlete growing up and now a mother, I am strongly interested in childhood development and believe that all children should have access to chiropractic care. I believe that in order to PLAY we must be able to use our body therefore we must protect and care for our body from the inside out.
