My life is pretty cool for the most part, except that I have been very lazy for several years and have put on the weight to go with being lazy. I have hated to take off my shirt in public or even look at myself in the mirror without a shirt on for a long time now.

My life is pretty cool for the most part, except that I have been very lazy for several years and have put on the weight to go with being lazy. I have hated to take off my shirt in public or even look at myself in the mirror without a shirt on for a long time now. When I first graduated high school I went straight to the army, became an army of one, and was in phenomenal shape. I got out of the army, became part of the fast food, chip eating, couch warming army, and started getting lazy and fat. Even though I may not be fat compared to some people's standards, it is fat to me. Diabetes and obesity runs in my family, along with different heart problems. Most of which I am sure are weight related. My wife is a dietician so you would think that it would be easy for me to eat right, but it's not. I have decided that as much as I love my them, I don't want to be like my parents because they are overweight and unhealthy. I have decided that I am going to be the one to break the cycle. So my journey has begun to get back in shape for life, for my son, for my wife, for my job, for my parents, and most importantly for myself. Just wait until you see my pics 60 days from now. I am currently doing INSANITY, and I have P90x sitting on my shelf calling my name once I am done.
