Rochester Hills, MI Hello to all, and thanks for looking at my profile! I am a women in her late thirties, who is looking to shed some serious weight. I piled on the pounds when I started taking care of my mom (she has demetia) while working full-time, and being married full-time. :) I also had undiagnosed hypothyroidism for probably three years. So, between stress at work, stress at home, and feeling like crap Hello to all, and thanks for looking at my profile! I am a women in her late thirties, who is looking to shed some serious weight. I piled on the pounds when I started taking care of my mom (she has demetia) while working full-time, and being married full-time. :) I also had undiagnosed hypothyroidism for probably three years. So, between stress at work, stress at home, and feeling like crap all of the time, it was the perfect storm for massive weight gain. I am happy to report that I changed doctors, got on meds, and I feel great again! Unfortunately, I also had to do what no one wants to do, put their mother in a nursing home. She needed 24 care and supervision, and I just could not do that and work full time as well. I have been working out for the past five months solid, six days a week! I have used all Beachbody products so far, because I love their exercise programs! I haven't lost a lot of weight yet, but I have been working hard on my diet, so I am very hopeful! One thing is for sure, I feel better than I have in a looong time! Good luck to everyone in meeting their fitness goals!

05/07/13 So, I am at the top of week five, and I am finally seeing some improvement! My core is definatley stronger, and I have made it through all of the yoga from TTB!
