I had gained the weight from being pregnant and I probably needed to lose it before that too, but after 2 c-sections it wasn't that easy. I ended up joining a gym, which worked for awhile but had trouble finding the time to go with two kids. I heard about p90x from the commercials and also a friend who had lost 30lbs. After buying P90x I decided to join beachbody where I found out about Insanity. I love Insanity and where it's taking me. I've recently tried Tony Horton's one on ones and Insanity's Fast and Furious. I can't wait to try more and mix things up. I'm a true believer in muscle confusion....I always seem to hit a plateau and mixing up my exercises was the only way I moved past it.

When I first started P90X my goal was to lose 15lbs and tone up. So far I have lost 14lbs!! Now, my goal is to lose about 5 more lbs, but I am so happy with my results so far!! I can't believe how good I feel!! I am more toned and in better shape than I have ever been!!
