I am a 53 year old attorney and executive for a growing company so my weeks can be hectic and stressful. I have always been involved in some form of training, mainly cardio based as I am a certified Spin Instructor at my gym. I chose P90X to add some weight training and variety to my workouts. I love the variety that the Beachbody products offer from the weight training, yoga, abdominal workouts
