Queens Village, NY Welcome to the Beachbody experience. I have bought into it and am so happy I did. I have always been an athlete, performing at high levels, and achieving success. When I went away to college, I neglected the athletics for the fraternity life, partying, and such. Needless to say, I put on a few LB'S while away. When I returned home, I struggled with the fad diets, trying to get back to where I Welcome to the Beachbody experience. I have bought into it and am so happy I did. I have always been an athlete, performing at high levels, and achieving success. When I went away to college, I neglected the athletics for the fraternity life, partying, and such. Needless to say, I put on a few LB'S while away. When I returned home, I struggled with the fad diets, trying to get back to where I was. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! I was still in decent shape, and still played sports in leagues or with my friends, but I certainly was not where I had been physically or mentally. One night I became mesmerized by this guy Tony Horton and his P90X workout regimen. I never believed any of these "workouts" or "weight loss" gimicks that I saw on TV, but for some reason this one stuck in my head. I BOUGHT IT!!! What a workout!!! The whole idea of muscle confusion is brilliant. In 90 days, I was able to get back into "playing shape", and compete at levels far beyond anyone else in my age range. I am not going to sit here and tell you that in 90 days I became "ripped", because I didn't and I don't think it is realistic. You can't undo in 90 days what has taken 10 years to do. I am in great shape and like what I see in the mirror. BUT...my journey is far from over. My next move for the new year is to tackle Shaun T's INSANITY. I will keep you posted on my new journey.
As for me personally, I am the Principal of an Alternative High School on Long Island, and a Supervisor at an overnight camp in Pennsylvania. I guess I have devoted my career to children and ensuring their success. I hope that I can help to ensure your success. Let's go for the ride!!!
