Finished P90X August 2009, just bought Insanity. I have been going to gym consistently past year and lifting, running occasionally. Cardio has always been my weakness. I need a break from just weight lifting. With an impending Army PT test coming up in a few months thought i had better focus on cardio and endurance over weights.

I was always a and i guess in my minds eye always will be a skinny guy. When i joined the army i was 6'2" 140lbs. As i stayed a soldier i finally maxed out at 175lbs. about 5 yrs ago i changed jobs within the army and became what we call a REMF...i am no longer a combat soldier and started getting fat and lazy. After 2 years i got up to 225lbs, yes it took 2 years before i realized i wasnt the skinny guy but a fat guy....WTF OVER. Now im at 180-185 lbs and ready to drop down into the single digit BF%!!!
