More statistics| My Blog 03/02/10 I did my first day of training block 2 yesterday. My chest, arms and back is sore today and I was feeling weak last night. I decided not to go to the gym this morning to do some cardio because I was More ... 02/21/10 I have been busy..and a little lazy so I havent been writing but here we go again. I'm starting my recovery week tomorrow. I'm planning on doing a lite cardio at the gym.
Here is my meal More ... 02/17/10 Eggs whites, smoked trout amd protein smoothie for breakfast, tomato chicken for lunch, grilled salmon salad for dinner. Snacks, Atkins protein shake, protein bar and a few peanuts.
