A genetic predisposition to high cholesterol and heart disease has forced my hand to live a healthier lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise. I have finished two cycles of Power 90 (though not back to back) before moving onto P90x. I'm looking towards lower cholesterol numbers and a much healthier (and in shape) looking body.
