Well my transformation story is still transforming! I have started and then stopped exercising several times since I joined Team Beachbody in 2007. It is now January, 2010 and I have set a goal along with my fiance' and fellow TBB coach. We want to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in December, 2010. This is going to take a full year of training and a commitment to regular exercise that I haven't been able to achieve to date. I am now exercising to Brazil Butt Lift 3 times per week, plus walking and/or climbing 7 times per week. I will keep you updated on my success to commit enough exercise to achieve this lofty goal. I am working out with my WOWY buddies and they are keeping me focused to regular exercise. I don't think I could do it without them!! Thanks everyone for supporting me and rooting me on to climb the mountain!
