So far, I have mainly followed a book recommended by a friend. It has given me the basics for what I am to eat, when and how often. It gives me the why of what I eat and what it does in my body. As a result of this book, I've
changed my diet and have been able to keep off weight. My future plans are to get down to more of an ideal weight for my height. I'm 6' tall and my goal is 210.
