First I want to thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. My name is Joe and I was born and raised in Southern California. I have struggled for most of my life with my weight but it is a battle I am finally winning thanks to Beachbody and Tony Horton's P90X.

First I want to thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. My name is Joe and I was born and raised in Southern California. I have struggled for most of my life with my weight but it is a battle I am finally winning thanks to Beachbody and Tony Horton's P90X.

I am a Beachbody coach and I love the fact that I am able to help so many others stay positive and reach fitness goals that they never knew were possible. I can't describe how good it feels to help others get their lives back or to just help them start to really live for the first time ever.

I am a firm believer that we can all achieve anything we set our minds to as long as we believe in ourselves and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! The only two things you will need to reach your weight loss goals (or any goals in life that you might have) are optimism, (Which I love helping to provide as a Beachbody coach) and perseverance. We only fail when we quit, period.
