More statistics| joffy Woodstock, ON My name is Jody. I'm 47 a mother, wife, and a grandmother of 1 I have never been what I would call an athlete. The sports I do are solitary. I did my time running. I ran a marathone, but that kicked running out of me. I do causual biking. Lots of walking, and now The 10 min. trainer. I would like to feel better about myself.
