I first discovered BB through P90 back in 2001. It took several years before I would finally stick with it and finally complete a full 90 day round. In 2004, I was tipping the scale at over 300 lbs. Since then, I've committed to living a healthy life style. Prior to starting P90X, I was 203 lbs with 17.9% BF. Today, I am 211 lbs at 11.6% BF...Day 52 of the X...June 17, 2009.

I feel so good! I have kept pushing play and really stepped up my diet this week by simply incorporating the ww points plus system.  As a result, I am down from 244.8 to 237.4!!  Wow! More ...
