I married a beautiful woman, Mae, with whom I have a daughter, Kairi. Thankfully she looks like her mother and is the center of our lives. We started our family in our thirties so I need to maintain myself so I can do things with her well into her life. I am a video game junkie, a beer snob, and work in the food industry so I need to make a conscience effort to not "let myself go."

I put on 20 pounds with my wife during our fisrt pregnacy. Now we both are getting back into shape. We usually do turbo jam together, but I am trying the Powere90X now and am seeing great results. More ...

I put on 20 pounds with my wife during our fisrt pregnacy. Now we both are getting back into shape. We usually do turbo jam together, but I am trying the Powere90X now and am seeing great results. I can't wait to see how strong I can become and how great I can look after 90 days, 180 days, and beyond.
I have now moved to Chalene Xtreme and continue to build muscle mass and stay lean at the same time. I will finish this 3 month program and then switch back to Power90X. We'll see what kind of shape I'll be in then, I'm thinking pretty ripped!
