I am the Broker of Davis Signature Realty LLC (www.davissignaturerealty.com). I am the husband of a beautiful wife and the father of an awesome little girl. I am starting P90X at 245 lbs. I am 6'4". I would like to get down to 215 lbs and have some muscle definition.

I love basketball and play in a couple leagues per year...that is the extent of my excercise. I used to be able to carry a team, but as I have gotten older (I'm 33), I have begun to lose some athleticism. For a long time, I just accepted it as a part of life. Not anymore, I am determined to regain mine old self.

Part of my problem is eating habits. I LOVE sweet tea. Most mornings, I start my day off with a sausage and cheese biscuit from Chick-Fil-A. Lunch is usually with my dad at some fast food restaurant or something else. Always eating out though.

I know this is a huge problem. I know that in order to get where I want to go, this eating style has to stop.
