I used to lift all the time back in the day, then got an injury and never quite got back into it afterwards. Over the last few years, I've been hitting the gym off and on (more off than on lol) but it just didnt have the same....I dont know, hold on me I guess. Started P90X a few days ago and I'm already hooked.
