my name is Joanne and i am 23 years old. I have always been kinda heavy my whole life and in middle school i was my largest at 175. I am a diabetic and am only 5ft. tall so you could imagine what i looked like. When i got into high school i decided to start getting healthy and loose some weight. I dropped down to a size 8 and 130lbs I felt great, well kinda. You see i didnt loose

Hello Everyone,
my name is Joanne and i am 23 years old. I have always been kinda heavy my whole life and in middle school i was my largest at 175. I am a diabetic and am only 5ft. tall so you could imagine what i looked like. When i got into high school i decided to start getting healthy and loose some weight. I dropped down to a size 8 and 130lbs I felt great, well kinda. You see i didnt loose the weight the healthy way. I basically stopped eating and trying to just keep busy. So, i lost the weight but was still unhealthy and tired all the time. I got pregnant and gained all the weight back and now almost 4 years later i still have the baby weight(168lbs) But now, with slim n 6, i hope to loose the weight the right way and stay healthy so i can keep up with my 4year old and enjoy life =)
