I am 31 years old and I live in Quarryville, PA which is a small town south of Lancaster, PA. On November 1st, I celebrated my 4 year wedding anniversary with my wonderful wife, and best friend, Jess!
I love being outdoors especially hiking and backpacking.
I am currently around 240 pounds. About 5 or 6 years ago, I lost around 40 pounds by using Power 90 and some of Power 90 Master Series. I felt great and was pretty happy with the way I looked. I have since gained that back plus more. I am now working 2 jobs so I am usually gone from 8:00am to 9:00pm so it’s really hard to have consistency with my diet and exercise.
My goal is to get to a healthier weight so that I’m feeling better and to prevent any heath issues since I have diabetes on both sides of my family. I also want to get down to a body fat percentage in the teens so I am more toned and less self-conscious with my shirt off. My main motivation though is to be healthier overall so that I can live longer and have more time on this awesome journey with my best friend! She’s the greatest!
