My name is Josephine. I am aworking mother of two, a wife, a student and an overall BUSY woman!
Two years ago I was very unhealthy and at about the same weight that I am now. I went on an "EXTREME" workout regimen and diet and after about 16 weeks, lost about 27 lbs. It didnt take long to creep back up on me!
