I am a stay home mom I have 2 wonderful girls a 10 and 7 year old. I have struggle with weight all my life, now you can imagine after having kids. I love doing exercise butu really enjoy doing cardio. My biggest disappointment of exercising is not seeing the results I want. I usually lose 5 lbs for a few weeks then I've gained them back easily.
