You know what they say about turning forty? Everything slows down and you are bound to get thicker around the middle. That stays with you and then you turn 50 and add even more girth, since 60 is on the way most people myself included sit more, eat more, and do less. I remember seeing infomercials about running, and excercise and thinking I would like to join those people but I'm too old.

I never considered myself overweight other than the 5-15 pounds I kept gaining and losing. I was a runner and swimmer, I even spent some time with strength training. But because it was boring and often led to sore muscles I kept it at a minimum. I was introduced to beachbody by my coach and wow what a difference. I lost that excess weight but more importantly I became fit with more energy than I have ever had before. For almost a year I played with the videos, starting with P90 and moving up to the challenge of P90X which put me over the top. I kept pushing play and today my grandchildren have trouble keeping up with me. This is definately a lifestyle worth living and I invite you to join me. Let me help you transform your life.
