I did gymnastics through high school and was then inactive for about 10 years, during which time I gained over 30 lbs. I started running, which it turns out I love. I'm not fast, but I've done several half marathons and one full marathon.
I was injured due to overtraining for the full marathon and would like to get in better overall fitness in order to complete another full some day.
I had my first child 3/21/10 and want to lose weight/tone.
