I'm a stay at home wife & mom (Domestic Engineer)!
I've struggled with my weight since I can remember, but always seemed to lose the battle. I do have some health challenges, but I know becoming lean and eating clean will help with those.
As far as my fitness background, 10 years ago I worked at a fitness center and did personal training sessions. I was also certified through AFAA to teach aerobic classes. But because of my lack of self-esteem, I quit. Crazy, I know. Now that I'm getting treatment for Anxiety and Depression, I find that I'm really quite likable and a great motivator.
I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Health Promotion and Wellness Management.
