You’ll hear this over and over again but the key to your transformation is to do the following:

Decide – Make the decision to help yourself. YOU are the key to the next 30, 60, or 90+ days in your program. Set a goal…not just any goal but a goal that you can reach and a goal that you will work for you. Picking the right program to start off with is important. If you’re like me and you have a desk job and aren’t very active, I highly recommend Power 90. Of course there are other programs and I’ll be happy to go over them with you.

Commit - We all go to work every day, we all eat every day, and we all do ‘X’ every day… so why not commit to your program every day? Skipping workouts or making excuses not to work out (unless it’s an injury) will have a direct effect to your results. Trust me I know – I’ve been there. The more you miss out, the harder it is to get back to where you were. Don’t overdo it – Like Tony Horton always says: “Do your best and forget the rest”.

Make that commitment – do your workouts – see the results – reach your goals

Succeed – You’ve got all the tools you need now! You have a tested program that WORKS, you have a nutrition plan that WORKS, and you have a GOAL that you want to reach. These are the foundation for success. Are you excited? I sure am - why? Because I was in your shoes before – I’ve decided to get in the best shape of my life, I’ve committed to my program and I “push play every day”.

Don’t forget to take those photos and make sure you take your measurements. You’ll be blown away in the end.
