I have always been pretty lean in my life. After graduating high school, I decided to take up weight lifting. At the height of my fitness, I was at 7% body fat. That was 12 years and one family More ...
I have always been pretty lean in my life. After graduating high school, I decided to take up weight lifting. At the height of my fitness, I was at 7% body fat. That was 12 years and one family ago. So I became content and the metabolism slowed down to a crawl. And I was 40 lbs heavier than I was at my best. So I decided to get in shape and wanted to get back to a healthier larger version of that young guy.
I was working out for 1 1/2 hours 4 days a week and I made great progress, but eventually I plateaued. So I saw the P90X infommercial for the umpteenth time, and decided to buy it. My wife had wanted it for a month prior to it, so I was the hold up. Well buying that was one of the best decisions of my life.
We are in Phase 3 and I am already ripped and looking better than my prime. I am so pumped about what the finished product will look like.
My goal as a coach is to help you achieve a physical level you did not believe you could achieve on your own, and support you in the most grueling part of this journey - the changing of your mind! We are in this together. If you look better, you feel better. If you feel better, you are in a better state of mind. So this is not just working out, it is a mission to change your life. It is an effort to upgrade your life. Take a picture of what you look like today because after this, you won't see them again. Make the change you are looking for. This isn't hard, this isn't difficult. The challenge can be met and with relative ease! You will look at yourself in the mirror and say this is a EASY NEW ME!
