Hello! My name is Janette and I am 33 years old. I've been working with families with children for many years now. As a teacher it is inevitable to get sick. Also as a mother, life can be a bit challenging when you are trying to juggle work and events, taking care of your family and other household duties. Lately, I found myself feeling drained and experiencing heart pains every now and then, so I paid a visit to the doctors. I was prescribed pain relievers for muscle spasms. I also bought vitamins and energy pills from over the counter. As I was consuming various pills on a daily basis, I was contemplating about what other alternatives could be possibly out there. When I was introduced to shakeology, I absolutely loved it. It was perfect because I am usually on the go and tend to skip out on a meal. Since I have replaced one of my meals with shakeology and have been exercising,I feel great and feel more energized. And I no longer need a handful of pills because the pains I have been experiencing has vanished.
