I have basically gained about 5 pounds per year since graduating college. When I reached my highest ever point of 250 pounds I decided that is it, time for a true program. My father has been doing P90X for years and loves it and it helped him lose 30 pounds and 6 inches from his waist. He and I don't expect to get ripped, but in good shape and healthy. My goal is to lose 40 pounds and at least 6 inches from my waist and be somewhat physically fit. Another goal is to have world class Ha1C reports on my diabetes. They have typically been very good but since starting this program they have been exceptional and almost too low. The weight is starting to come off, the waist is starting to shrink and the workouts are getting easier(well easier might not be the right term).
