Hi, I am an ex Div. I athlete, trying to get back into shape. I gotta tell ya it's a little harder when you don't have a coach telling you to wake up at 5 in the morning workouts, lol. Well, this is my first time getting back into the swing of things since last year, everyone wish me luck as I try to get back into my original healthy self! : )
