I have gotten so out of shape that I have gained 60 pounds in just under 2 years I weight 235 and that I thought that I would in my life way that much. Ive tried going to the gym but everyone knows getting back in shape is one of the hardest thing you do and when you go to the gym majority of everyone there is already in shape and kind of makes you embarrased in being there. I mean come on if some one benching 250 is waiting on you to get off the bench and your popping a blood vessel with 135 it kinda hurts your pride a little bit. Ive been listening to Russell Green preach about beachbody everyday since I met him in Nov 2009. Last weekend I finally saw the P90X informicial and the thought crossed my mind and when I was struggling breathing and had pain in my stomach from bending over trying to tie my shoes I figured it was time to give the mountain dew ice cream and cheeseburgers a break and give this a try.
