Hi, I'm Joy Grove and I am 43 years old. I am married with 3 girls, ages 23, 21, and 14. The oldest got married last August and the 2nd is in her last year of college. I am 5'5 and weigh about 120 lbs. What got me interested in this program is I had my body fat tested and I was at a whopping 27.5 %. Everyone I meet always comments on how tiny I am. Well there you have it, I have absolutely no muscle mass. I have tried weight lifting in the past but always gave up when the lack of knowledge and weak neck issues got in the way. I have had alot of health issues in the last 17 years until I was finally diagnosed with Lyme's disease about 6 months ago. I now feel I am on the full road to recovery and am empowered to heal and get my life back. I ordered this for myself but my husband and oldest daughter have gotten on board with me and am totally loving the program. We are so excited!!!
