For three years now I have been working out (on and off at times) and I have been stuck at the same level for quite some time now. At my peak I could do around 70 More ...
The Starting Line:

For three years now I have been working out (on and off at times) and I have been stuck at the same level for quite some time now. At my peak I could do around 70 pushups in two minutes, 80 sit-ups in two minutes and run 2 miles in 14:00 (Standard Army physical fitness test: 2 Minutes of pushups, 2 minutes of sit-ups, and a 2 mile run) I was also at 6% body fat.

Currently I can do around 50 pushups, 60 sit-ups, and run my 2 miles in 14:30. I am also at 20% body fat.

My goals are to push myself to the next level of fitness, reduce my body fat back down to 6% and increase my cardio fitness.
