My name is Julie and I am a 36 year old wife and mother of 3 from Janesville, WI. I work full time as a customer service representative at a great company. I have been struggling with my weight for most of my adult life. Having children and poor eating habits have taken a toll on my body. I have started eating better and working out since the beginning of December and have lost about 20 lbs.

I have been struggling with my weight for most of my adult life. Having children and poor eating habits have taken a toll on my body. I have started eating better and working out since the beginning of December and have lost about 20 lbs. My goal is to lose about another 40 or so and just get fit and be healthy. I know I can do it, I just need to stick to it and believe in me.
