I have always been one of those people that have been insecure about themselves every since I can remember. No, I wasn't overweight really but I always wanted to be able to lose that extra 5 or 10 lbs. That was even before I had my kids. After having four kids and gaining 35 to 40 lbs I felt disgusted in everything. I was one of those people that didn't want to be fat but you didn't see me doing anything about it! Then one day... I saw the Slim in 6. That was enough to get me going. Oh yeah! I forgot, I'm also the type that just can not stay motivated on my own. So it wasn't to long after that that it just sat there collecting dust. Almost three years later and might I add still carrying some extra pounds that I would prefer to be muscle... We moved out of state. Then all of the sudden God Changed my life! I just happened to be back home visiting when I saw a commercial for Turbo Jam. I didn't even wait for it to finish before I was on the phone ordering it! Something so simple has changed my life for the better! I am now the proud owner of my own fitness and dance studio (Junque Studio) years The owner of my own fitness and dance studio ( Junque Studio )! My perspective has changed for once in my life.I'm passionate about getting in shape and the most important part of that to me is that I get to help others! I couldn't have done it without Chalene's Turbo Jam or the support you receive from other members and my coach.My experience with Team Beachbody would have to be life changing because it's hard to believe where I'm at today. Had you known me 6 years ago you probably would have never guessed that I would be so into fitness or that it would turn out to be one of my greatest passions.I'm personally inviting you to make a difference with me as a friend, a workout buddy or even a coach!
