More statistics| justjan I started exercising in my teens but when I hit 30 ... or rather when 30 hit me, the pounds just started piling on quickly! A combination of slowed metabolism and less time for gym, I guess. I started exercising at home with YBB in 2008 and I lost about 15-20 lbs (stopped weighing at one point, so I can't say exactly how much).
