Hi, I'm looking for a way to drop 20+ lbs I gained over the past couple of years and get back to healthy lifestyle. I was participating in bootcamp style fitness activities but they no longer work with my family/work schedule so I have fallen off track. I need to get myself back into shape and am willing to try all programs. *On a side note I just completed my first 1/2 marathon in under 3 hours.
