Hi my name is Joe. I started doing the P90X classic program in the start of July 09. Then in the beginning of phase 2 i realized that i needed a little more. At first i was thinking of just throwing in some cardio days where i would go running or cycling, but, after talking with a coach in the cool down chat, i decided that it was time for me to start the doubles program.
