More statistics| justjulie I started p90x in December 2007 as a 40th birthday present to myself. I completed the first round in February and am in the best shape of my life! Though I built muscle and increased my cardiovascular fitness, I did not achieve the weight loss or muscle definition that I had hoped to achieve.
