Hello! My name is John. I am a 19 year old college student at MSU. While I was growing up i tended to be about 10-15 lbs heavier than all of my friends. I would always feel really awkward at pool parties or anything where i would take my shirt off. I would go to the gym and workout really hard for 1 or 2 months...get discouraged...and walk away. When I got to college it only got worse. I ended

June 25, 2009 - I just received my P90X package today and have reviewed the nutrition plan and fitness guide and going to get my bands tomorrow! Starting in just a few days!!!

July 1,2009 - Just uploaded my before photos...pretty embarassing ha! Going out later today to pick up my final supplies and then starting it up tomorrow!

July 6,2009 - I tried Back and Chest last night and wow i should have waited longer between dinner and the program...needless to say the results were not good. but, now I know and I am definitely not slowing down. As for today I just finished the plyometrics and im pretty spent, a good dinner, nice shower and 8 hours of sleep should get me back in gear!

July 13, 2008 - Well after doing a full week I have decided to let these first two weeks be my warm-up, after the first week my body was so worn out i felt that i couldnt give the next week my full potential. So I have been doing light weight training along with about 3/4 of the P90X dvds. I feel a little bit more prepared and I am setting my official start date to July 27. Until then i will stick to the diet and do the same routine.
