My name is Juanita; I am the wife to the most wonderful and supportive man. I am proud to say we have been married 23 of the most wonderful years. Together we have two wonderful children (well not kids anymore).

Like many others after having the children it seemed harder to keep the weight off and get back to my regular size. I have tried all sorts of diets, and going to the gym when I could. I just wasn’t getting the results I wanted. It was like a roller coaster ride, up and down.

My husband joined Beachbody and talked me into trying it with him. Well I have been doing it off and on for awhile and realized that while I was doing the programs I was getting some results. So now I have decided to commit myself and succeed.

I am feeling a lot better about myself now and would really love to help others reach their goals. So come take this wonderful journey with me, and remember together anything is possible.
