hi my name is Jason Weber.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at an early age(8 to be exact). overweight as a kid i was determined to not let the disease take a hold of my life. I became fascinated with fitness and nutrition in my high school days.. also involved with 3 sports(football, basketball, and track..later weightlifting) each year. I was in fairly good shape until that freshman 15 hit me in college... but again determined that i cant be overwieght, i got back into the gym. buuut not with the same passion as once before.

That was before......

My wife and I was introduced to p90x! I have a whole new lease on my life and have the same fire and passion as before! My fight with diabetes is getting easier( its never "easy") and Im feeling and looking great! I started with the classic my first go round and it totally kicks butt. Most intense workout program i have been apart of and its thanks to my beautiful wife who decided to commit to a program!

I pair it up with a diet that consists of about 1800 cal. each day. Since I wanted to gain muscle and lose fat my diet has the ratio of 20% fat, 30% carbs and 50% protein! It takes work and its not easy.. no one said it was though! Im doing it and so can you!!
