I am a 43 year old secretary and sit behind a computer all
day. My eating habits have never been to great. I especially love sweets and
chocolate, and honestly I am not looking forward to giving these up. But,
after hearing about P90X from Mike and Denese, my brother-in-law and
sister-in-law, I am really looking forward to working out and changing my
eating habits.

Over the years I have

after hearing about P90X from Mike and Denese, my brother-in-law and
sister-in-law, I am really looking forward to working out and changing my
eating habits.

Over the years I have had costly memberships to different fitness centers but
never got the results I wanted (although I must say, it was better than doing
nothing, which is what
I do now). My real problem areas are my hips and thighs. I definitely need to
focus most on these areas.
