i have always enjoyed being active...played sports in school and college but
always struggled with my weight for being height challenged...5'1 with a very
healthy appetite...when i hit More ...
i have always enjoyed being active...played sports in school and college but
always struggled with my weight for being height challenged...5'1 with a very
healthy appetite...when i hit thirty, i started eating three meals a day and
stayed consistent until the forties hit...then noticed everything started to shift
and weight slowly started to creep on my body...i wasn't regulary active
either. i did drop 18 pounds on weight watchers but didnt have strength,
energy or endurance.
i was looking for a program that would support me daily, use free weights
and have a cross training quality so as not to get bored...i saw p90x on tv and
finally decided it had everything i was looking for...i had it for a month before
i started as i successfully recruited some friends to do it with me and i have
been enjoying every day of exercise since...i would go to bed excited about
getting up in the morning to work out...sick i know...
