Makawao, HI Aloha. My name is Kalei and here is my story: I started with beachbody years ago working out, looking for a quick fix. Thinking I can workout whenever, not really seeing results, I got discouraged. Flash forward,3 kids later, and more weight than I would like, I have finally come to realize... It is a lifestyle. Now I am ready to commit a small amount of everyday to myself and my health. I am Aloha. My name is Kalei and here is my story: I started with beachbody years ago working out, looking for a quick fix. Thinking I can workout whenever, not really seeing results, I got discouraged. Flash forward,3 kids later, and more weight than I would like, I have finally come to realize... It is a lifestyle. Now I am ready to commit a small amount of everyday to myself and my health. I am "in the process" of becoming fit and can feel it creeping a step closer everyday even though the scale may not show it some mornings. I am a die-hard Shakeology fanatic that has gotten me amazing results with my workouts. My goal is to one day have a mind blowing after pic, until then i will keep on pushing. I know in my heart changing my eating habits and exercise are mixed into my life forever and I'm embracing it. It may sound selfish but the most important person in my life is ME. Without me, my keiki's(kids) and husband have nothing. I am slowly teaching them healtier eating and my one year old LOVES my Shakeology shakes! I am loving the support from friends and family who have also made a commitment in their lives, some are coaches as well! I now enjoy the tough workouts with my shake after, of course,knowing I will one day be fit and fabulous. "Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your body" Tony Horton, P90X. I drink shakeology daily and have finished a round of P90X and started TurboFire as my workout regimen. I am seeing results and will continue to update my progress. 11/30/11 Today is day 3 of starting a Chalean/ TurboFire hybrid and i'm loving it! Cardio/ weights and my body is responding well.
