This program has given me the boost I needed to get focused and get into
shape. Just a bit past12 months. I feel good; my stress level has reduced a great deal and I continue to be motivated. One of the changes that has really
surprised and pleased me is that I am sleeping harder through the night. I know that is giving me the energy I need to complete the next day’s tasks.
I'm losing the weight at a healthy rate I've desired. My body is really loving the work outs and many days I'm craving it. I started with P90 and after
completing that I completed the Slim in 6 series. I really like both of them and the changes in my body are evident. Now I am using a variety and enjoy switching around some. I have never stuck with a workout or diet program.
The success I'm having and the variety of workouts available make it do-able. I plan on this being a long term life-change for me. I'm trying not to be impatient. Thanks for my TBB supportive community, friends and family, and
co-coaches who are making this journey along side of me.
