When I first decided to commit to working out, I started out by walking everyday at the track or on a treadmill. After a few months of doing this, I began running a little in addition to walking. More ...

When I first decided to commit to working out, I started out by walking everyday at the track or on a treadmill. After a few months of doing this, I began running a little in addition to walking. About a year later I saw some results but not as much as I wanted. Eventually I came across my coach who introduced me to Beachbody and turbo jam. I started to do turbo jam and started seeing a big difference. Now I am so in shape that I have started the P90X challange.
