I have be working on getting into the habit of working out at home for the past couple of months. I have learned a few things. The most important, for me, is that if I don't workout first thing in the morning the excuses start coming up. I have learned that I need to schedule my workouts just like any other appointment. So, every day now, I have my hour and a half that is dedicated to ME. The words Decide Commit Succeed have so much meaning. Just push PLAY!
