I will be 51 Years old this year and this is my R2 P90X. I have been working out some what after the R1, but gained back 10lbs during the last 2 years of stressful time. Not only I have put pounds back, the stress put pain on my back, shoulder, and neck.

I know from the R1 P90X, the pain will be gone with the program. The 10lbs of fat is very hard to lose, but I know the P90X does work! It is time to bring my workout and diet plan to the next level again.
This summer, I will reclaim my body!
